1. Use our own returns portal: We have set up a user-friendly returns portal to make the process as easy as possible for you. Click here and follow the steps to request your return.

2. 14 Days Return Policy: We grant you a return policy of 14 days from the date of your purchase.

3. Hygiene and Product Condition: We want to ensure that all our customers receive products of the highest quality. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept products that have been opened or used. Please make sure that the items being returned are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

    Visit our Returns Portal and log in with your postal code (ZIP) and your order number. Please review the return policy again.

    2 Follow the instructions on the screen to request your return.
    3 Pack the items securely in a shipping bag or shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transport.
    4 Print out the return label provided to you in the returns portal and attach it to the package. Alternatively, you can simply show your provided QR code at your local store, and the shipping label will be printed for you.

    Take the package to the nearest post office or shipping service provider to return it.


    Important Information:

    • Refund or replacement delivery only for damaged product/package.
      "The return will only be refunded by us if the product or package was damaged upon receipt."
      This means that if you have received a product or package and find that it is damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to request a refund.
      "We will refund the full amount or arrange a replacement delivery, depending on your preference, provided that the product was damaged upon delivery."
    • Opened products are not returnable for hygienic reasons.
      We would also like to point out that we cannot accept returned products that have already been opened for hygienic reasons. 
      It is important to note that we cannot accept returned opened products for hygienic reasons.
      This means that once you have opened the packaging of a product and it has been used, we can no longer accept a refund or return unless the product is damaged or has defects that are unrelated to the opening of the packaging.
    • "Opened and used products can only be returned if they have defects."

      Defects in makeup products may include, for example, if the product has defective packaging elements that lead to spillage or leakage of the product. Discoloration, unwanted odor formation, or other deviations from the expected quality of the makeup product can also be considered defects. In such cases, return or exchange options are available, even if the product has already been opened.
